Data Deletion

How to delete your Adverna account and all data connected to it, including data received from Facebook and Instagram.

1. Delete your account yourself (fastest)

Sign in to Adverna and open Settings → Account.
Click “Delete account”, type FSHI to confirm and continue.
Deleted immediately: businesses, products and photos, generated content, scheduled posts, conversations, orders, Brand Kit and Instagram/Facebook tokens.

2. Remove Facebook / Instagram access

In Adverna: Social accounts → Disconnect on each account. Tokens are deleted immediately.
On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Adverna and click Remove.

3. Request by email

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@adverna.app from your account email with the subject “Data deletion”. We confirm the request and delete your data within 30 days.

4. What remains

Payment records (amount, date, transaction ID) may be kept as long as accounting law requires. Paddle also keeps invoices under its own policy. Posts already published on Instagram/Facebook must be deleted there directly.
